1.1 Public offer (hereinafter - the "Offer") - a public offer of the Seller, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to conclude with the Seller a contract for the sale of goods by remote method (hereinafter - the "Contract") on the terms and conditions contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.

1.2 "SAFEZONE.SHOP" is an online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), which provides services for replenishment of in-game currency in various games. On the website https://www.safezone.shop/ the Buyer can familiarize himself with the range of goods and the terms and conditions of their purchase. "SAFEZONE.SHOP" takes all necessary measures to protect the personal data of Buyers.

1.3 The Buyer is a natural person who orders goods for personal needs. When placing an order, the Buyer voluntarily provides personal data necessary for the fulfillment of the order.

1.4 Order - an application of the Buyer for the purchase of goods from the catalog of the online store.

1.5 Contract - a sales agreement between the Buyer and the online store for the purchase of goods at a certain price with delivery under certain conditions.

1.6. Services - a set of activities required to fulfill the terms and conditions of the Contract. "SAFEZONE.SHOP" delivers orders to the Buyers and informs them about the process of fulfillment of the Agreement.

2.1 The information posted on the website of "SAFEZONE.SHOP" online store contains the terms and conditions of the offer to purchase goods and constitutes a public offer E-Commerce Law issued under Royal Decree No. M/126 (July 10, 2019) (E-Commerce Law) and Impementing Regulations to the E-Commerce Law (January 14, 2020) (Implementing Regulations) under the laws of Saudi Arabia. The Buyer's acceptance is to place an order for the product offered. These Terms (Conditions) may be changed by the online store without any special notice, the new edition of the Terms (Conditions) comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Terms (Conditions), and does not apply to the legal relations between the Buyer and the online store, which arose before the entry into force of the new edition of the Terms (Conditions).

2.2 The Buyer's order of the Goods posted on the Seller's website means that the Buyer agrees with all the terms and conditions of this Offer.

2.3 The Administration of the Internet-shop site has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.

2.4 The validity period of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise specified on the website of the Online Store.

2.5 The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Goods, including information about the main consumer properties of the Goods on the website of the Online Store.

3.1 Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods shall be made through the payment system specified on the website https://www.safezone.shop/.

3.2 The price for each item of the Goods is indicated on the website of the Online Shop.

3.3 The online store has the right to unilaterally change the price for any position of the Goods.

3.4 The price of the goods may vary depending on the payment system chosen by the Buyer. The final price of the goods is determined at the time of payment, taking into account the commissions of payment systems, which may be charged depending on the selected method of payment. In this case, the online store is not responsible for additional commissions and costs charged by payment systems.

3.5 In case of change of the price for the goods the online store is obliged to notify the Buyer about it before the moment of execution of the Contract by sending a notice to the e-mail or message to the telegram-bot specified by the Buyer when placing the order. If the Buyer does not agree with the changed price, he has the right to cancel the order for the purchase of goods.

3.6 The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of the Goods, if the price has been changed by the Online Shop after the Order has been placed.

3.7 The online store indicates the cost of delivery of the Goods on the website or informs the Buyer when the order is placed by the Operator.

3.8 The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods are considered to be fulfilled from the moment of receipt of funds to the account of the online store.

3.9 In the event of disputes related to payment for the goods, the Buyer and the Seller shall be governed by the applicable Saudi Arabian law and the contracts governing their relations. In this case, if necessary, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures defined by Saudi Arabian law.

4.1 Acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Offer shall be carried out by the Buyer when filling out the order form on the website of "SAFEZONE.SHOP" or when placing an order through the Operator. After the Buyer has approved the order, the data on it is registered in the Seller's database for prompt processing of the order and its fulfillment in accordance with the Buyer's requirements.

4.2 Ordering of goods is carried out by filling out the order form on the website of "SAFEZONE.SHOP" or through the Operator, who can assist the user in the order placement process. When placing an order, it is necessary to specify data about the product, its quantity, method of payment and delivery.

4.3 In case the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer.

4.4 To place an Order, the Buyer must provide valid data necessary to fulfill the Order. The Buyer is responsible for the validity and/or relevance of the data provided, as well as for incorrect data provided by the Buyer and/or the Buyer's representative. If the Buyer has provided incorrect information, this may result in the inability to fulfill the Order or delay in its fulfillment.

4.5 When placing an order through the Operator, the Buyer shall provide all necessary data, which are specified in paragraph 4.4. of this Offer. This helps the Seller to promptly process the order and deliver the goods to the Buyer.

4.6 The Distance Selling Agreement shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment the Seller issues the Buyer with the relevant notice confirming payment for the Goods. This means that after the Buyer has paid for the Goods and received the confirming document, the contract shall be deemed concluded. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the requirements specified in the order. Payment for the Goods shall be deemed fulfilled from the moment of receipt of funds to the Seller's account.

5.1 The Seller shall provide the Buyer with delivery services of the Goods by one of the methods specified on the website of the "SAFEZONE.SHOP". Delivery time may depend on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.

5.2 The place of delivery of the Goods shall be specified by the Buyer when placing an order for the purchase of the Goods. The Buyer shall specify the exact delivery address so that the Seller can promptly deliver the Goods in accordance with the Buyer's requirements.

5.3 The period of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing period and the delivery period. The order processing time may depend on the availability of goods in the Seller's warehouse, as well as on the payment method chosen by the Buyer.

5.4 At the moment of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Buyer shall be obligatorily informed in writing about the delivery of the goods, namely: delivery date, time of delivery, name of the goods and quantity of the goods.

6.1 The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchased in the "SAFEZONE.SHOP" within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

6.2 Return of the goods is possible in case of problems with activation of the goods through the fault of the Seller. In this case, the goods must not have been in use and consumer properties. If the goods were returned by the Buyer for this reason, the Seller is obliged to return the full value of the goods, not including the cost of delivery and the commission of the payment system through which the goods were purchased.

6.3 When returning the goods, the Buyer is obliged to provide a document confirming the fact of purchasing the goods from the Seller.

6.4 The Seller shall return to the Buyer the cost of goods, not including the cost of delivery and payment system fees, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the return of goods.

6.5 The Seller reserves the right to refuse to return the goods to the Buyer, if the goods have been used, lost consumer properties through the fault of the Buyer.

7.1 The Buyer must carefully read the text of the public offer and if he does not agree with any paragraph of the offer, he has the right to refuse to purchase goods provided by the Seller and not to perform the actions specified in paragraph 2.2. of this Offer. Also the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information about himself when placing an order and follow the rules specified on the website of the online store "SAFEZONE.SHOP".
